Appointment for Servicing

Registering for an account saves your information to make it eaiser to fill out this form when you make another request.  Please note: Computer service appointment requests have to be scheduled at least 24 hrs in advance, not including weekends.  If you need immediate help please contact me at 707-536-1527.  This information will only be used for contacting you in regards to services you requested further decribed in our privacy policy. After you create an account just go back up to the request menu and select appointment. "All On-Site/In Shop appointment cancellations and rescheduling's require a three hour notice, after which a $35 service charge will apply." When you request service please be aware I am not responsible or liable for data lost or damaged regardless of the device it is stored on even if you specificley request that I not erase or maipulate your data. Important data should be backup before the device is serviced. Ask me about backup options if you have a concern. Furthermore hardware failures occur on there own accord, I am not responsible or liable for any hardware failures before, durring, or after the servicing.

Are we picking up your computer, doing a consultation with you at your location; Or are you dropping the computer off to have it serviced at our shop? Add $25 to the "Required Service" for At-Location Consultations and Pickups. See our list of Services for Pricing.

If you don't select on of these options and you fail to show up or be at your location for an appointment Scott Larson will charge a $40 dollar time recovery fee. Please give 4 hrs notice if you have to change your appointment and you can do so by phone or email.
