Appointment for Servicing

Registering for an account saves your information to make it eaiser to fill out this form when you make another request. 

Please note: Computer service appointment requests have to be scheduled at least 24 hrs in advance, not including weekends.  If you need immediate help please contact me at 707-536-1527.

 This information will only be used for contacting you in regards to services you requested further decribed in our privacy policy. After you create an account just go back up to the request menu and select appointment.

Are we picking up your computer, doing a consultation with you at your location; Or are you dropping the computer off to have it serviced at our shop? Add $25 to the "Required Service" for At-Location Consultations and Pickups. See our list of Services for Pricing.
Payments can be made by check or cash only. If you are going to mail me a payment I must receive the check before the scheduled appointment.

Select services that you would like to purchase. Hold down the CTRL key to select more than one service.
Select the method to allow Scott Larson to confirm the appointment. If you don't select on of these options and you fail to show up or be at your location for an appointment Scott Larson will charge a $40 dollar time recovery fee. Please give 4 hrs notice if you have to change your appointment and you can do so by phone or email.
