In a one on one personal consultation, Scott sits down with you at your computer and can explain how to do something using language you can understand.

Appointment cancellations require an eight hour notice, after which the one hour minimum charge will apply.

Please be aware that Scott Larson Consulting's Data Recovery Service is limited to the physcial state of the device itself.  Furthermore any attmpt to recovery data from a faulty device can further damage the data and the recovery process, resulting in a total loss of your data. • This product amount is for an initial diagnostic, Some diagnostics take longer depending on the complexity of the problem.
• Half-Off for the second hour of any diagnostic and a 3/4 off of the final third hour with a maximum of three hours.
• Additionally, Half-Off off all diagnostic work when repairs are authorized.
• This Fee is Per Computer. If you need more than one computer diagnosed please order more than 1.

Hard Drive Repair

Drives have a tenancy to fail after a limited amount of time. Sometimes its possible to repair these drives which costs you less than a new replacement drive.

• Flat fee for drive repair.
• You dont pay unless the repairs are successful.
• 1 year guarantee.

 

Hardware Replacement

You want a pice of hardware replaced, like a hard drive or video card and you dont want to do it yourself.

• This fee is per device.

Hardware Upgrade

You might need a newer video card or more memory, Scott Larson offers affordable rates for upgrading your current hardware.

Home Office Setup

You need help installing a new piece of equipment like a Scanner, or you have a new program that you would like help installing. Scott Larson offers friendly support with all types of installations. He sits down with you, listens to your needs and walks you through the setup. Even if you don't want to know or care about how it works Scott Larson can still help you get the best out of your computer.

• This fee is for the initial Installation, some or multiple installations take more time per hour.

Your computer is infected with a Virus or something that resembles a virus. Scott Larson Consulting has extensive experince in indentifing and cleaning all types of infections with the least amount of time and cost.

• This is the first service in a two part kit. The second part is Computer Protection. If you dont purchase the kit I am assuming you will be securing your system from further infection after the clean up process. Please be aware that if you dont properley secure your system, your computer can become reinfected.
• Turn around times vary depending on the complexity of the problem, ask about time frames.

Scott Larson works with small or mid-size businesses to develop network environment that reflects a specific need. You have a probem with your computer but your Internet connection is still working.  You want Scott Larson to repair it  quickly over the internet.

• This fee is for the first hour of repair.  Repair times can vary depending on the complexity of the problem.

• Payments by check need to be received within 7 business days of the day you purchased this service.

System Maintenance Package

Regular computer maintenance is required to keep your computer running in top shape.

I do a complete workup on the computer by runing a clean up temporary files, check for virus protection and updates, scan for suspect activity, check for backup activity, do performance tuning, and monitoring the life of your hardware.  Any issues preventing the computer from functioning correctley that require complicated resolutions are outside the scope of this service. You can request a one time maintenance consultation at any time, as such maintenance works best when its done at regular intervals. The total for these 3 services is $240.00, but if you purcahse this buildle now you save $40. The list of services include:
