Appointment cancellations require an eight hour notice, after which the one hour minimum charge will apply.

Computer Maintenance

Regular Computer maintenance is required to keep your computer running in top shape. The service involves the technician picking up the computer to preform the maintenance. Then within 24 to 48 hrs or on a schedule you specify we drop of the computer at the location of your choice within 10 miles of downtown Santa Rosa. Locations outside of this area cost extra.

Remote Location Support

Scott Larson Consulting now offers remote support service utilizing the latest Virtual Networking Connection Software (VNC). The VNC software can be downloaded onto your computer to be used during a time when you need support on your computer and are unable to schedule a face to face appointment. You can't fix everything with this software but It can help in some situations. The software works by you clicking on the SLC-Support.exe File, This gives you the control to allow or disallow remote access to your computer.
