Computer Support On-Site Price Range by per hour basis:
- (On-site pricing has no charges for drive time with a one hour minimum for a twenty minute diagnostic, after twenty minutes the price converts to an hourly charge based on the rates below)
- Home User: $75.00(Special Cases) $85.00 - $100.00 (Based on Income and distance from Santa Rosa, California)
- Small Business: $100.00 - $125.00 (Based on Income and distance from Santa Rosa, California)
- Non-Profit: 75.00.
Computer Support at Home, Bench time by per hour basis:
- (This pricing reflects time we are working on a computer problem at home with the equipment on the bench. A $60.00 diagnostic charge will apply regardless of the result.)
- Home Users: $75.00 an hour
- Business Users: 85.00 an hour
- Non-Profit: 75.00
On-Site and At Home Appointment cancellations require a eight hour notice, after which the one hour minimum charge will apply.
PHONE AND EMAIL SUPPORT
- (we usually answer questions free of charge, but there are situations where too much time is being taken up at no charge over the phone or though email from one or more clients. We reserve the right to exercise these fees and will inform you before hand the reason for charge.)
- Phone Support Resolutions: 1$ a minute
- Email Support Resolutions: 1$ a minute
Remote Support:
- (Involves Trouble-Shooting a Computer issue or administrating a web service or co-location server over the internet using remote control services. Installation of remote control services may be required)
- 1$ a minute (Charged in two week increments)
Data Recovery Issue:
- Home Users: $100.00 an hour
- Business Users: $125.00 an hour
- Non-Profit: 85.00
Web-page Creation or Updating Services on a per project basis:
- (40% of the total is required up front before any work is started. Work is based on how many pages are being worked on, how many links are created and how many words and graphics are in the text on on the whole site.)
A WEBSITE CAN CONSIST OF: Pages:
- 01-10: $5.00 per page
- 10-30: $2.50 per page
- 30-50+: $1.00 per page
AND Links:
- $2.00 per link
AND Words:
- 01-100: 0.30 per word
- 100-300: 0.20 per word
- 300-500+: 0.10 per word
AND Graphics/Videos: (no formatting, obtain and place on site)
- 01-05: $5.00 per graphic/video
- 05-10+: $2.50 per graphic/video
OR Graphics: (with formatting changes to the image. Formatting to videos cost extra, please call for pricing.)
- 01-05: $10.00 per graphic
- 05-10+:$5.00 per graphic
Web Design, Administration or Development on a per project basis:
- (40% of the total is required up front before any work is started. Designing a site means designing the look and feel of the site or graphic and animation creations such as logos or videos. Administration and Development means technical work on the back end of the site. Some complicated sites require special things like database management, or programming.)
- $60.00 per hour
Multimedia Services on a per project basis:
- (40% of the total is required up front before any work is started. Multimedia services like video or sound editing, production and DVD authoring.)
- $50.00 per hour
