Scott Larson Consulting now offers remote support service utilizing the latest Virtual Networking Connection Software (VNC). The VNC software can be downloaded onto your computer to be used during a time when you need support on your computer and are unable to schedule a face to face appointment. You can't fix everything with this software but It can help in some situations. The software works by you clicking on the SLC-Support.exe File, This gives you the control to allow or disallow remote access to your computer. When the program is running it connects to our support network allowing us to work remotley on your computer only during the time you are present watching. When the work is complete and the session is closed the software remotes itself so your computer cant be compromised afterwards. The connection and password authentication is encrypted giving us the security we need to perform tasks that are safe from attack. Just give me a call after you download the SLC-Support.exe file and schedule a time for us to initiate the session. Remote Support is 1$ minute, its very cost effective as you don't have to pay minimum hourly rates. |
