Repair Schedule

Repair Turn Around Estimates:
Depending on how busy I am turn around times can vary. When you drop off your computer for repairs, two things happen 1. The diagnostic (if needed) which can take between 24-48hrs to get you a response back on how much and how long is going to take for repairs. 2. The actual repair which can take between 1 day and 2 weeks depending on how busy I am with other computers in the queue, and/or the complexity of the repair. Complex repairs can involve allot of trial and error along with major research on specific problems to resolve some issues. I may also need to order parts which I might have to wait 3-7 business days for them to arrive. Scott Larson makes every effort to give you an accurate picture of how long it can take for your computer can be repaired, but sometimes problems arise that can increase that time. Please be prepared for the possibility of leaving your computer for a week or in some cases 2 to 3 weeks. If you need a loaner computer during that time, we can provide you with one if our supply is not already loaned out.
