Key Points:

• Unlike other well established service centers that don't specialize in this type of work I charge a standard diagnostic fee for my diagnostic time up to a maximum of 3 hours. In most cases, before repair work is started I normally charge $70.00 for the initial diagnostic upfront. In some rare cases a 2nd hour at half that cost and in extremely unlikely cases a 3rd hour at a quarter of the cost will be added to the initial diagnostic charges in your final bill. When you do decide to authorize repairs, I  will wave half this entire fee and add that amount to your repairs charges. Repairs run around $85.00 and hour and I will notify you in advance before making any further repairs what the costs will be. Once repairs are completed you can pick up your computer.
  
  If you decide not to authorize repairs, you only pay for the amount of time it took to complete the diagnostic. At the end of the business transaction you will receive  an answer on the extent of the problem which you can take with you in a report I will give you at the end of the diagnostic.
  
  
• All of the repair work is guaranteed in case an unexpected result occurs in direct relationship to the reported problem at the time I received the equipment.
  
  
• Repair turn-around times can vary depending on the complexity of the problem.
