  To quickley confirm a comman problem. Some problems require a full diagnostic before repairs can be initiated. (see below)
  
• Full Diagnostics
  Unlike other well established service centers that don't specialize in this type of work I charge a standard diagnostic fee range for my diagnostic time. In most cases, before repair work is started I normally charge $70.00 for the initial diagnostic upfront. In some rare cases a maximum of $105.00 will be added to the full diagnostic charges in your final bill. When you do decide to authorize repairs, I  will wave half this entire fee and add that amount to your repairs charges. Repairs usually run around $85.00 with a maximum of $255.00. Durring the diagnostic stage I can estimate what the costs will be between this range and it will be up to you to decide what you can afford. Once repairs are completed you can pick up your computer.
  If you decide not to authorize repairs, you only pay full diagnostic costs described above. At the end of the business transaction you will receive  an answer on the extent of the problem which you can take with you in a report I will give you at the end of the diagnostic.
  
  
• All of the repair work is guaranteed in case an unexpected result occurs in direct relationship to the reported problem at the time I received the equipment.
  
  
• Repair turn-around times can vary depending on the complexity of the problem.
