Appointments It is the responsibility of both myself and the customer to be on time for appointments. Exceptions are acceptable, but repeated disrespect for each others time is not acceptable to a business relationship. If I make an mistake that causes you a loss of time I will compensate you within reason for the amount of time lost by given you a credit on your bill for work. If you are over 30mins late to an appointment or do not show, you agree that i reserve the right to charge you my standard fee for my loss of time that could have been put to better use.
ReschedulingDue to my time constraints, I only accept a maximum of 1 appointment cancelations for rescheduling for first time customers. For regular customers who have shown good standing with appoitnments any appointment cancelations after the first one will incur a $20 dollar rescheduling fee.
Communication We both agree that we deserve some form of communication if there is a change in our
schedule. If I make an appointment and fail to make it, its my job to contact you and let you know what happened before and sometimes even after the occurrence if the appointment slipped my mind which I will make up to you in a fee credit. If you fail to show up or our over 30mins late its important that you communicate with me
about your situation.
