Ordering Parts and Shipping Policies

All parts purchased from Scott Larson Consulting have a 30 day guarantee to be free from defects. If an item is defective. We will refund to you all costs for the item, except for the shipping costs to ship the item back to us for a refund.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled if the item has not be shipped by contacting me directly by phone at 707-536-1527. Items can be returned within 30days of the shipping date regardless of the reason. You will pay the shipping costs to return the item.
