If you schedule an appointment on a weekend, holiday or less than 24hrs before the appointment without making prior arrangements the appointment will automatically be voided with no confirmation.

I operate Monday though Friday excluding holidays. Please schedule an appointment on a day at least 24 Hours in advance unless you have prior arrangements with me before the appointment request.

If you require recurring service you can request a recurring service arrangement and pay biweekly after at least one At-Location service appointment completed and paid in full. Please visit the Request section of my website and select "Recurring Service Arrangement".

How many devices require servicing? You can have a maximum of 4 devices serviced per service appointment. The more devices serviced the more time it takes to complete. 1-3 days per device or more depending on the service requirements.

To make the check-in process faster for the servicing of your equipment, please select the manufacturer of your device.

Please specify the device model that requires priority service. This information can be located on the back or bottom of your device, inside a small sticker area. For Laptops it could be located at the bottom right corner of the screen, near the power button, or under the battery. If you don't have access to the device or cannot find the information leave this field blank.

Please list any other devices in order of priority that requires service. Each device can take between 1-3 days or more to complete service depending on the diagnostic or repair requirements.

If you require a backup of your data so it does not become lost during serving please list any backup devices you will be dropping off along with your servicing device if possible. If you don't have the information in front of you just live this field blank. The size of the device is dependent on the amount of data on your servicing device. Please list the devices in order of priority that require servicing starting with the device manufacturer, model, device type and service to be performed on the device. Or any other information I need to know, remember during the serving. If you don't know the manufacturer or model of your devices, just list your devices as Priority Device, Secondary, and Tertiary. If you only have one device that would be listed as 1. Priority - Laptop - Install Memory.
Example:
1. Lenovo T130 - Laptop - Problem with computer booting up.
2. IBM T68 - Laptop - Recovery data onto the backup device.

Attach any files that will help me understand the extent of the service that needs to be performed. Any Invoices, or Previous Quotes, or other information about your needs will help.

I operate by appointment only Monday through Friday between 10am and 7pm unless other arrangements are made in advance. Repair Turn Around Estimates: 
Depending on how busy I am turn around times can vary. When you drop off your computer for repairs, two things happen 1. The diagnostic (if needed) which can take between 24-48hrs to get you a response back on how much and how long is going to take for repairs. 2. The actual repair can take between 1 day and 2 weeks depending on how busy I am with other computers in the queue, and the complexity of the repair. Complex repairs can involve a lot of trial and error along with major research on specific problems to resolve some issues. I may also need to order parts which require a wait of 3-7 business days for them to arrive. Scott Larson makes every effort to give you an accurate picture of how long it can take for your computer can be repaired, but sometimes problems arise that can increase that time. Please be prepared for the possibility of leaving your computer for a week or in some cases 2 to 3 weeks. If you need a loaner computer during that time, we can provide you with one if our supply is not already loaned out.
