  • This fee is for the first hour of repair.  Repair times can vary depending on the complexity of the problem.
  • There is a maximum $120.00 for lengthy repairs.
  • Payments by check need to be received within 7 business days of the day you purchased this service.
  • Please talk with Scott about a backup plan before you request support so that none of your important data is lost.
