Regular computer maintenance is required to keep your computer running in top shape. The service involves the technician picking up the computer to preform the maintenance. Then within 24 to 48 hrs or on a schedule you specify we drop of the computer at the location of your choice within 10 miles of downtown Santa Rosa. Locations outside of this area cost extra. When your computer is on the bench we perform certain tasks: we run a clean up temporary files, check virus updates, scan for suspect activity, check for backup activity, do performance tuning, and monitoring the life of your hard disk. If problems are found on the computer we will contact you and talk with you about the situation before any work is preformed. Other than the maintenance tasks, fixing complex issues costs extra.
You can request a one time maintenance consultation at any time, as such maintenance works best when its done at regular intervals.
