My rates vary from service to service. For Computer Assistance, I charge 70 dollars for an initial diagnostic half of which is waved when you request repairs; Repairs usually run around 85 dollars an hour depending on your income. For Website, Video and Audio Projects I charge $40 an hour.  Before making any inquires check out my service polices.

• When dropping off your equipment: To give you the peace of mind that all of your hardware is checked and problem free I charge a standard diagnostic fee during the initial consultation of your problem. This fee also covers the time it takes to consult with me and track down any software problems that are related to your help request. Many issues that are considered a software issue are usually related to hardware failures and can easily be identified during the hardware analysis. Once the diagnostic is complete I will contact you with the results, half the fees are waved when you agree to repairs.  If you decide that its not worth the time and money to fix, I collect the full diagnostic fee and you receive and answer to your problem which will allow you to make a more informed decision on how to proceed.
