VMWare hangs on install durring the network installation

Printer-friendly versionVmware Workstation installs can hang during the network setup, my problem was that i had to update my nvidia chipset drivers as the chipset and onboard network adapter were part of the same onboard chip set for my motherboard which was an asus p5n-d.
